For linking or updating your mobile number/email address in Aadhaar, no documentation proof is required. You only need to visit our centre in Mapusa, Goa, for a quick biometric verification (fingerprint or iris scan) to securely authorize the update.

To update your address, you need to provide one valid Proof of Address (POA) document. Accepted documents include bank statements (not older than 3 months), electricity bills, water bills, telephone landline bills, active rent agreements, or a certificate issued on official letterhead by a Gazetted Officer/MLA/MP. We will verify and upload your scanned proofs safely on the official portal.

An e-PAN copy (soft copy) is typically generated within 48 to 72 hours of complete application submission. The physical plastic PAN card is printed and dispatched via India Post directly to your registered residential address, which usually takes 5 to 10 working days inside Goa.

Our office in Essar Trade Centre, Mapusa, Goa, is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
